- Please expect a 2-7 business day fulfillment timeframe for made-to-order items. After that, please expect average shipping times below:
- Canada: 10-20 business days
- USA: 3-4 business days
- All shipping methods have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers. Customs and tax fee can occur on international orders.
What should I do if it's past the estimated delivery time and I still haven't received my order?
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. Ask your local post office if they have your package. Check with your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
- The estimated delivery time is not a guarantee. Get in touch! Send and email to [email protected] or send a message through the contact page to check the latest delivery estimates to your location.
How Do I Track My Order?
